ATV Ride

Region: Samui Island
  • Active Tours

The program includes:

Transfers; drinking water; lunch; guide services; insurance

Before you take off, a professional instructor will teach you how to drive an ATV. So even you have never done this before, now you can confidently go for a ride. After the safety briefing the group headed by a top-notch guide will hit the road. You will pass by rubber tree plantations and coconut palm groves. Then you will arrive at the vista point commanding a stunning view over the island and sea. Your next stop will be at the Magic Garden. This extraordinary park was made by a talented local farmer named Khun Nim Thongsuk.

This outstanding man started to make sculptures inspired by the Buddhist scriptures. As the story goes, one day Khun Nim Thongsuk had a dream about the Magic Garden. When he woke up, the farmer realized that he had to fulfil this dream and build the divine garden on earth. He died at the age of 91 when working over a new sculpture. The local serenity and the peaceful atmosphere are very good for mediations.

Gorgeous, meticulously carved statues perfectly blend into the fantastic landscape. The garden has a beautiful fresh water stream with waterfalls flanked with stone statues portraying episodes of Buddhist texts. On the left hand side of the stream you'll also notice sculptures of two men - these are Khun Nim and his father. In a restaurant located in the territory of the park you will be offered dinner. The last but not the least destinations are Samu’s highest point and Ta Nim waterfall whose crystal clear waters will cool you down and will set you up again.
