Thai Airways Includes More Five-Star Menu Options

Marinated Japanese beef, onion puree, and sour Taiwanese black pork with fresh pineapple can now be savored on board Thai Airways flights. The updated first-class menu options also include dishes with seasonal vegetables and a variety of sauces.

In addition to Thai Airways, six international airlines, including Aegean Airlines and Japan Airlines, have added sophisticated new tastes to their menus.

Now, first- and business class Japan Airlines passengers flying betweenTokyo and Paris enjoy cod with shio koji (Japanese seasoning), blue shrimp, and octopus with saffron rice and seasonal vegetables.
