VIP Service at the Airport

We know that travel can sometimes be stressful and time-consuming. To take the worry out of your vacation, may we suggest SAYAMA LUXURY VIP Services, where we will meet and greet you at the airport upon arrival, saving you precious holiday time. The service inlcudes:

  • Collection of travelers – with a SAYAMA LUXURY sign bearing travelers’ name(s) – either at the bottom of the airstair upon exit of the airplane, or at the airport following the short transfer from the airplane
  • Escort through passport control (perhaps, on a buggy)
  • Assistance with the visa process (as necessary)
  • Expedited passport control procedures
  • Escort to baggage claim, including the collection of all luggage
  • Assistance with customs control
  • Escort to prearranged transport waiting to take travelers to their respective hotel
  • Presentation of a garland of natural flowers and a tourist bag complete with informational materials for each guest. Young children in the VIP party will receive backpacks and balls

    • Departure from or transfer to a connecting flight includes access to VIP lounges for all guests registered for the SAYAMA LUXURY VIP Service. Here you will find:
